On this Good Friday, April 2nd, 2015 our family greated my super neighbor who recently brought back some Chinese honey. Do we need another reason to taste honey...I think not!! Il goute le jus de raisin, le vin, petit goût amer et sure, les fleurs, un goût léger de fleur de printemps et pour finir le plastique!!
This honey had some grape juice, wine, flower taste. It also brought sour and bitter taste, even if those were light. It tasted like delicate spring flowers, but finishes with a plastic taste.

Ouff!! Quel goût fort et texture épaise, on dirait l'équivalent en miel de ce que la Guiness est pour la bière. Un goût très fort de mélasse, café, d'écroce et amer.
